In current stage of ongoing development in various sectors & reforms Public as well as Government also facing some critical issues. For example:- Huge number of pending court cases, Sinking status of cooperative Sector, Scarcity of drinking water, increase in road traffic, slow speed of infra development etc.
Government is not in a position to solve the problems as there is no proper co-ordination in various activities of Governance & also due to other restrictions like geographic conditions, proper man power. In some cases Government is ready to make reforms but as it is not getting proper feedback from the end users/ beneficiaries there is gap of requirement & reforms.
Hence we at �IPR� are working with a specific object to provide �Solutions at Source�. It is found that it is more suitable to make rules applicable at origin of any system rather than after the establishment of such system. In other words it is better �to care before cure� so that there should be minimum disputes/litigations which results ultimately in reduction in time wastage in solving the repeated problems.
